First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links that allow you to browse by category in the top navigation bar, where you then have the ability to narrow by collection, brand, type, size, color, and price. When you find an item that interests you, click the picture or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
To ensure a perfect and comfortable fit every time, please refer to our easy-to-use Size Chart, located on specific product pages. Featuring measurements in cm, you may determine the perfect size for you. Our Clothing Conversion Chart, can also be used and will help you determine the best size for you. Please note, size charts are based on European standards.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from regi.gr, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, a menu will slide down to show you the item you have added. This window will disappear automatically after few seconds or you can close it by clicking on the “X” image. Continue shopping or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart link at the top of every page of our Web site. You can see the piece(s) you've placed in your shopping cart, as well as a brief description, the color and size you'd like, the price and the quantity.
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. You'll be able to update the quantities, color and size of any item. You can do this simply by selecting the options you'd like to change. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, check the "Remove" button and click the link below the items. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your cart, please enter the information asked at the bottom to give you an approximate of your total then click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping cart will remain available for you to check out later, just remember that we cannot guaranty that the items will still be available. If you are logged in as a register customer and you decide to log out, your shopping cart will be cleared.
In this screen you will select one of three options. If you a returning customer you can sign in using your email address and password for faster check out. You can also decide to register as new account to take advantage of a faster check out in future purchases. Or you can just simply check out as a guest, none of your information will be stored. In all cases, keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about your orders.
5. Enter or Review Billing and Shipping Information
If you are a registered customer your Billing and Shipping information will display automatically. You can continue to the next page or you can change your default information. If you are a new customer or you wish to check out as a guest, please enter your Billing information and the shipping address where you would like to ship your order.
In both cases, you can also add a personal message to the recipient if your order is a gift. This message will be printed in a regi.greeting card and added to the gift box (without any extra cost).
Choose the method you would like to pay for your order. We do not support till 31/10/2010 credit cards’ payment or Paypal. We will accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Till 31/10/2010 we are accepting payment by wiring transfer to our account. You will also redeem your Regi Corporation Gift Cards to pay your order in the near future.

7. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the place order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, contact our customer service department. You can also check the status of your order as a register customer by going to “My Account”..

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed.
Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.
For security reason we cannot accept changes to the method of payment or add any new items to your order.

Express Checkout ordering is turned on immediately after you register with Regi and provide your Billing and Shipping information in your records. You can place an order to any address you've added in your Address Book.
Default Address and Billing Information
Express Checkout will default to the shipping address and billing information that you last selected in “My Account”.
Sending Gifts Using Express Checkout (not supported till 31/10/2010)
On the Checkout page just make certain that you indicate that the order is a gift by selecting the check box labeled "This order is a gift" and you will able to add a message to your gift. Learn more about Gift Messages.
Using Express Shipping on Other Computers
You may certainly log in to your account on other computers. However, if these other computers are accessible by anyone other than yourself, such as public terminals, you need to make certain to log out. This will ensure that no orders are placed by mistake by users other than you.
How we determine Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise euro amount of your order before any deductions. Not subject to special offers.

30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear, and any lingerie set that includes a panty without their original packaging and their hangtag, if found faulty before worn.
If these items are returned to Regi, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the Regi …Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the gift box as well as the shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Please send us e-mail if you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order. At your earliest convenience, e-mail us and let us know:
