International and Wire Transfer Customers

Note: We do not accept in general PayPal & Credit Card method for all international orders!

Payment Information

Prices are given in E U R O funds. Please note and understand, your shipment may be subject to import charges assessed by your country's government. All prices that may be shown on our website, in email messages, proforma invoices, invoices and certified price quotes are in E U R O funds. Transport costs may vary, depending on client' s request. These costs are added to the value of your order.

There are the following ways to pay for international orders :

If you are a first time international customer, you may pay by the following methods;

1)    Wire or Swift Transfer - see instructions below

Wire Bank or Swift Transfer. Here are the guidelines and procedures for a bank transfer:

   • Place your order using our REGI / Denazi - Papadopoulou Partnership Order Form . After confirming you, by return e-mail, that we can process your order, make note of the order number & date and the total amount of your order in E U R O.
   • Contact your bank and request a bank transfer of funds to our bank. The funds must be in E U R O and equal to the total amount of your order.
   • Instruct your bank to make reference to your order number & date in the transfer.
   • Provide your bank with the following information about our bank:

A wire transfer fee may be required on all wire transactions. This amount will added and notated as "Wire Transfer Fee" on invoice.  *Note that all funds must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

Expected Delivery Time

We always confirm by return email that we can process your order.
All international orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Patras , Greece where your package is properly prepared for international shipment.

After your payment terms have been confirmed, (usually same day with wire) by our credit department, the items you ordered are processed and reserved for your order. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to process depending on the styles being ordered, unless otherwise indicated to our confirmation sent to you.

When all the items on your order are processed, your order will be filled and shipped. Because of our volume and ease of handling with TNT, we generally utilize the TNT network. We can also use UPS, FedEx, Air Freight or other transport means suggested by you. Delivery, unless otherwise indicated on proforma/invoice, will normally take 3 to 7 business days to deliver your package, either door to door, or door to airport. For TNT, delivery will be made to the actual address given. Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be delayed until our shipping department receives the required information. Please note because of the additional international paperwork, certified documents, labor, and other special requirements made for all international shipments, may take slightly longer to process.

ProFormas / Customs

REGI / Denazi - Papadopoulou Partnership makes international shipments worldwide. We are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. We are familiar with customs and duties; however all countries impose their own taxes and duties. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker from your country.  REGI / Denazi - Papadopoulou Partnership is willing to work with you on invoicing, and other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner to the buyer.

Proforma Invoice. Credit terms outside Greece may vary depending on time period & ordered qty. We always provide you with a proforma invoice with agreed terms from both sides for your internal needs.

Open Credit Terms. We regret that we do not extend open credit terms to companies located outside Greece .
